You’ll love this 5-minute, 5-ingredient holiday pie crust recipe.  Simple and delicious!  It’s wonderful for pumpkin pie (my favorite!).


  • 1½ cups pecans
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar 
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt


In food processor, pulse pecans until ground into a course meal.  Add egg, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and salt until mixture forms a ball.

Grease a 9 inch tart pan and press dough into bottom and up sides.

Add your favorite filling and bake according to pie filling directions.

Bake until filling is done.  Enjoy!
