This coaching session is a 75-minute one-on-one consultation. After this meeting you will receive an easy-to-follow Nutrition Action Plan, which encompasses everything we discuss at our first meeting. I take copious notes so that you don’t have to! Your personalized plan includes your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle goals, as well as resources, delicious recipes, and supplement recommendations, if applicable.
We will focus on just a few healthy habits at a time so that you are not overwhelmed. Realistic goals are essential long-term success!
My most successful clients are those who make a 3-month commitment to creating a sustainable health makeover. In addition to meeting three times, I will support you via email or text to add a layer of accountability. Our first session is 75-minute. The next two visits are 60-minutes to review goals, make recommendations and provide support.
