Nearly every one of my nutrition clients lists frozen desserts among their favorite foods. Unfortunately, most store-bought icy treats are nothing more than nutritional disasters in a bowl or on a stick. But even I crave ice cream and popsicles in the summer, (nutritionists like to have fun, too!) so I have found a way to “make every bite count” while getting my summer sweet-treat fix.
