It’s not always convenient to get to the gym.  But that doesn’t mean you need to skip your workout.  Remember that something is always better than nothing when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle.  Every day you have a decision to make.  You either move forward or backwards; you never stay the same.

If you find yourself short on time or unable to make it to the gym for another reason, try these five exercises to move yourself forward.  No equipment needed!

I recommend performing this circuit three times in a row.  I promise it won’t take too long and you’ll feel amazing for having acomplished your workout goal.

  1. High knees (30 seconds)

Run or walk in place, bringing your knees up toward your chest and pumping the arms as quickly as you can.

2. Push ups (10 repetitions)
